2.1 Many of our products are made, printed, embroidered, or customised to order.
2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes.
2.3 We reserve the right to amend product descriptions, pricing, sizing, or specifications without notice.
3. Ordering
3.1 When placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- The information you provide is accurate
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
3.2 An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance takes place when your order has been dispatched.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where:
- Products are unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Pricing errors occur
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£).
4.2 Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the product and applicable law.
4.3 Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch.
4.4 We accept payment via approved payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Print-to-Order & Custom Products
5.1 Many products sold are produced specifically to customer order.
5.2 Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of these products:
- Orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has started
- Returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind are not accepted
- Customers are responsible for checking sizing information carefully before purchase
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse designs, wording, or artwork that may be offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Customs
- Postal disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Circumstances outside our control
6.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6.4 Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.
7. Consumer Rights & Distance Selling
7.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers generally have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days.
7.2 However, this right does not apply to:
- Personalised products
- Custom-made goods
- Print-to-order items produced specifically for the customer
7.3 Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery provided:
- They are unused
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
7.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
8.1 If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
8.2 Please provide:
- Your order number
- Details of the issue
- Photographic evidence where possible
8.3 If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A repair
- A refund
- Store credit
8.4 We reserve the right to request the item be returned before processing a refund or replacement.
