Refund policy

At EmPowerBall, all of our clothing is printed to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we have a slightly different returns policy compared to standard retail items.

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes after ordering
  • Delays caused by shipping providers

We strongly recommend checking sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect from what you ordered

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Sizing

As products are printed to order, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues unless the item supplied does not match the size ordered.

Please check all measurements carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once an item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled as it is being custom made specifically for you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Printed clothing
  • Embroidered items
  • Personalised products
  • Limited edition or made-to-order items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for funds to appear depending on your payment provider.
